Prices and offers

Prices, check-in and check-out:

The prices are indicated per person per night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. During the main tourist season, the rooms are rented only for whole weeks, arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.

In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.

In low and winter season, dinner will be served at the restaurant “Vanc”, a stone's throw from Pension Odles***.

All prices include:

• Half board: breakfast and dinner
• wellness area (Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, whirlpool, relax room, hay room) Admission from 14 years.
• Garden with benches and deck chairs
• Parking area and underground garage
• Bed linen and towels
• Bathrobes and slippers for the wellness area
• Ski room with ski boot dryer
• House library with numerous books
• Tea corner with water boiler and different types of teas
• TV and WI-FI connection
• Playroom with table football
• Garden with playground
• final room cleaning (except additional cleaning).

The prices do not include the local tourist tax of EURO 3,10 per person (over 14 years old) per night.

Discounts for children (in parents' room as 3. and 4th person or 2 fully paying accompanying persons):

• up to 1 year: 15,00 Euro per day
• from 1 to 5 years old: 50%
• from 6 up to 14 years old: 20%
• from 15 years old: 10%

Family room for 3 people: adult price
Family room for 4 people: 10% discount for the 3. and 4th person

Supplement for double room single use: from 50% to 100% of the daily price

We will gladly consider your requests regarding the room category, but we cannot guarantee the booking of a specific room number.

Booking and cancellation policy:

The booking is considered binding only after the payment of a deposit (the amount requested ist written by e-mail).

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: the deposit will be will be refunded, postponed to a future stay, or converted into a voucher.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: only the deposit for confirmation will be retained.
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price will be charged
• Cancellation in the last 14 day before arrival, in case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)

Cancellation must be made with written declaration by e-mail.

Travel insurance:
Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.

We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
 
As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online. 

Payment modes and staying policies:

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• Online via Smart Pay
• in cash
• by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival) or instant payment;
• by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card.

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Upon prior agreement and surcharge, we accept small pets only in some of the room and provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets. Dogs, on request: 10,00 Euro per day, without food (access to the dining room is not allowed), max. 1 dog per room
